Ability to run SABNZB at a specific time?

My goal is to have my Media Center PC download shows at night after I have gone to bed.

Is there a way to download files after a certain time? Almost using as a service.

Certainly!!!
Just use the in-built scheduler to 'resume' downloads at the time you want to.
Use the scheduler to 'pause' when you dont.
