Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.

Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
Hello friends and many Thanks for this great piece of software!
I have a few RSS running. but this pulls NZBs of a file in all formats (720p, 1080p etc). What would I have to enter in the RSS so that they are filtered and only certain file types in 1080p are pulled. Is "accept" the right solution for this or do I have to make a separate entry for the format? Or do I need to do something else? Sorry the screenshot is in German.
