need help finding beginner info

I apologize for the post that has probably been posted often, but I could not find the answer through searching, as someone who is just trying to use newsgroups for the first time is there any documentation to help me with how to use sabnzbd for posting and reading? I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get a nzb for news.grc.techtalk
