Do you experience problems during downloading?
Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.
Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
When I do a test DL and direct unpack is on the SSD uses ~200MB/s in write. Which pretty much is the max.
When I turn off direct unpack it ranges between 30MB/s and 100 but still only provides the same download speeds we've been discussing above. So I think there may be some bottleneck with hdd speeds but if that was the case when I turn off direct unpack they should speed up.
Any way we can edit the port on a package installer?
Ie... I'm already using 8080 and would like to change Sab to something different on the syno package. I know how to do it on docker but am unsure if I can on the install. Thanks
No, on Synology the port is fixed by the installer because it's a requirement of DSM. It will reserve a specific port per package and monitor it etc. Nothing we can do about it.

if it has not been mentioned; the number of connections you use in the server settings can greatly enhance the speeds. I have a 10Gb connection so in theory i have 10000MBit. By going up to 60 connections, i got my DL speed to near 500Mb/s which is probably the highest i am gonna get. Good luck!
It helps that i have extremely fast SSD´s, the newest m.2 ones that can r/w around 2500-3000Mb/s, but even normal mechanic disks (if 7200 RPM) are able to write at somewhere 200-220 Mb/s if i recall right. A "normal" 2,5" ssd SATA connected, can write in 500-550 Mb/s.
