Hi,
Sorry if this has been raised before, have been searching the internet but was unable to see anything relating to it.
Have got a 400MB FTTP connection and normally SAB downloads around 30Mbps, over the last couple of days if I reboot the PC it will download at these speeds, but after a while if I add another NZB it will only download at around 1.5Mbps.
Have a connection to Eweka and got a month subscription to Frugal just in case there was an issue with Eweka.
Currently showing my Internet Bandwidth as 1.7MB/s

Have just rebooted and it shows

System performance (Pystone) 285841 Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700 CPU @ 2.90GHz AVX2
Download folder speed 59.1 MB/s

Downloaded the 10GB test file in around 6 minutes.
Not sure if the Fibre company is traffic shaping or not. Has anyone come across this before?
Thanks in advance.
Speed Issue - Seems fine after reboot but then reduces to 1.5Mbps.

So, when it is slow, what does https://fast.com/ tell you? And what is the download speed of the 1 GB testfile on https://speed.hetzner.de/ ?
This way, you can determine whether it's in SABnzbd/newsserver/specific-news-throttling, or your system/connection/ISP in general

Looks like it is my ISP. SwishFibre.
Thanks.
Thanks.

With a VPN it downloads at a decent speed, without at around 1.6MBps.
