Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.

Show Interface on Sabnzbd
Hello. I have a question. Sabnzbd always showed the interface when I downloaded a nzb. After I updated to the latest release, it no longer does this. What setting do I have to change to have it show the interface again?

It only shows the interface if sabnzbd isn't running already. That has always been the same.
You can make sure that option is enabled on the General page of the Config.
