Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.

For weeks and weeks I have a stable d'load speed of 30 - 32 MB/s, but recently it started to fluctuate very badly, it will start off fast then almost immediately drop to 2,3,4,5,6,7 MB/s.
Is it an SABNZB thing or my news server (News Demon). I tried using different ports settings within the dashboard but nothing changes.
I regulary check my internet speed and its always 290+ Mbps. And nothing changed my end as regards to equipment or ISP.
