Hey guys, new times, new problems:
I have this huge download that i don't want to unpack on my current system, so while it downloaded about 50% i disabled the direct unpacking, but unrar keeps starting even though i disabled that option. Now my current workaround consists of a bash while loop killing unrar every 2 seconds. Is there a better way to achieve this?

Re: direct unpacking starting despite switch disabled
Do you have "enable_unrar" disabled, or really Direct Unpack disabled?
It might not be able to deactivate once it was started once..

Re: direct unpacking starting despite switch disabled
I disabled the special option "enable_unrar" but it still started unrar. Seems like you said, there is no way stoping a download when it is started with this option.
So my while loop remains in place, lol
Re: direct unpacking starting despite switch disabled
That option indeed doesn't work (will be fixed in 3.4.0), but you should disable Direct Unpack in Config > Switches. That will stop it!

Re: direct unpacking starting despite switch disabled
Sorry, i think that reply was misleading. I meant, that i had direct unpack already disabled from the start of this conversation. I additionally disabled the unrar special option too, and both things didn't work. I will check on the next downloads in the next couple days and update this thread. Have a great day and thank you in advance for your work on this awesome tool!
