it's making the rss edit page slow, when rss downloaded have lots of history. is there anyway we can delete history manually from local disk instead of delete from user interface?

I think maybe your file got corrupted.
You can delete the RSS.sab file in your Admin directory, listed in the Config where your sabnzbd.ini is located.
Shutdown Sabnzbd first.
