I tried to change the Max line speed and percentage in the tuning section, but there is only one option left instead of the previous three? Only Maximum line speed is left. I am sure it was there a few weeks ago.

Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

Same thing. It Is capped at 650 regardless no matter what the speed

I am feeling sooooooooooo stupid right now. I never ever ever not used the advanced settings. Why is it not activated? Nevermind. Sry.

The other settings are very specific, they control the percentage at startup. To change the percentage during operation, use the slider inside the Glitter interface to adjust the speed.
