Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.

I just re-installed Windows and have been getting everything setup for SABnzbd and was configuring the obfuscated name handler only to find that whenever the deobfuscate script attempted to run on a completed file with obfuscated file names, this error returned:
Exit(9009) Python was not found but can be installed from the Microsoft Store
I'm running Windows 10 Professional x64 and have Python 2.7 installed. Does anyone have any ideas? Let me know what else I can provide to help diagnose this. Thank you!
Make sure when you install Python 2.7, to check the box "Add Python to PATH", otherwise SABnzbd can't find it.
Also you have to reboot your computer after the install.
