  • Do you experience problems during downloading?
    Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
    Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
    We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.
  • Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
    Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Download speed

My download speed use to be around 19mb-
Ater a new inslallation of windows 10 it is only 1.3 mb

Please help ...

Sounds like a network problem. Did you maybe install a new firewall or virusscanner?
What is using CPU when you download?
Did you try the test-download in the Status and Interface settings window?

Fastcom 160 Mbps

tried turning off virus program and firewall .
no effect

I tried the test-download in the Status and Interface settings window? 2 min 100 mb
