Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.

Can anyone with windows fall creators update confirm thata sabnzb is normally extracting after complete download ? I am facing this issue with 2.3 and 2.3.1rc
I believe there might something going on with the start up of unraring.
I have the fall update but not seeing anything like this.
What you should do: restart your system (after Windows updates it usually takes 2 restarts to become normal again).
Select all these downloads and set them to Priority = Stop, this will send them to post-processing and will let them fetch more blocks if nessecary.
Then when the queue is cleared, add a new download and see if it works.
Also verify that your can successfully connect to your newsserver in Config > Servers by using Test Server.

Changing priority to stop did the trick and triggered unraring !!!
