The screen showing in the picture has been like that now for 90 minutes and the only way I can get it to download properly is to shut down and then restart sab.
The previous sab versions were fine and never did this.
Any ideas?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
Freezing
Since I updated to 2.2.0 yesterday, my sab is now freezing when checking. This screen is showing it...

Blue is the pre-check. Can you turn if off?

Yes but doesn't that just defeat the point???
It's only started doing it with this release + I like it on to check if the download will actually complete.

This feature often gives problems unfortunately. We tried to fix it, which worked for some users that had problems before, but seems it's still not the correct fix ..
Usually you can get it to finish by pausing and unpausing the individual download.

Could you remove and re-add the server using only basic settings? Just in case.
