Trying to fix a problem with CPv2

Hello,
I just made a fresh Installation on my new NAS with SABnzbd (SABnzbdplus_160522 for QNAP). I also installed CouchPotato 2 (QCouchPotato_1.2__20160413) and SickBeard (SickBeard_141207).

I can't configure CP to use SABnzbdb as a Downloader. "Connection failed. Check logs for details." There no logs. Only when I type a wrong URL or give a wring API Key I get a log entry. The same settings work fine with Sickbeard. I am writing in this Forum because if I enter my old NAS sabnzdb installtion into CP2 it works fine. No Error. I am not 100% sure, but I think there might be a Problem between these two Versions.

Any Ideas of what I could try?

So thankfull for any response. I feel like such a noob...

Not your fault, it's a bug in CP that won't detect the version correctly even though the connection is successful.
In SAB, what version does it say you have (first page of the Config).

Just try to send an NZB via CP to really check if it works!

That's the correct one and it should soon auto-update SAB to 1.1.1, after this CP won't show an error on the test anymore.
But you should already be able to send NZB's from CP to SAB!

Okay, first try I did get an error because of the wong API key. So I changed it.
Now I get no error from SAB, but after a few seconds from CP

This means something went wrong when trying to add the job. You sure the API key is correct?

100% sure,
if I am using the wrong key, i get this error in SAB: API Key incorrect, Use the api key from Config->General in your 3rd party program: 192.168.0.47>CouchPotato linux - git-d7238913 - v2
This error did not occure. Just tested with a bad key and then the right key again.

Go into SABnzbd and set in the Status window the logging from Warnings/Errors to +Debug.
After you add something via CP (you manually click the download-link on a release from a specific movie, right?) check the logs of SABnzbd.
Don't do this while downloading, because then it's very hard to read the logs.
Only the last lines (before a copy of the config) should mention something about the adding.

okay, so I did. Yes, I added it with the direct Download Link, 2 diffrent movies as can be seen from the logs.

In CP there was a bigger error with the forst movie, but this happend for the first time "Error in event "automation.get_chart_list" at 11-14 07:30:03.

Do you see anything from these logs?

Hey all,
just a little update... I just installed the newest CP for Windows. I get exact the same error when I want to add any movie in SAB. If I use my old sab installation (from 2013) it works fine.

No idea what else I can try... thank you!

In the Config, if you go to Servers. Is there for each server an option to select certificate validation? (trying to figure out of maybe you are actually on the develop branch)
It seems couchpotato is trying to add a Rar file and something is going wrong.. There is nothing in the sabnzbd logs besides what you posted above? Can always send them to me at safihre@sabnzbd.org

I encountered this problem and was able to fix it. I was over the API limit for the news provider so SabNZBD was unable to retrieve the NZB file even though its information was 100% correct. Once I resolvedthat, it started working again.
