I'm a newbie on the forum and I really hope someone can help me.
I have been using Sabnzbd for many years. I recently updated to the latest version and since then, Windows 10 doesn't recognize the file type and askes me what program I want to use to install it.
And, the file icon at the beginning of the name is blank (if that makes any sense) whereas in the past it was green with "Nzb" in it.
Maybe I should re-install Sabnzbd?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Yes, try a re-install ... I believe somewhere in the Windows install process there is a check-option "associate nzb extension" ...

Hi Sander, Thanks for your help. I re-installed and made sure the 'associate nzb extension' was checked. All running fine now. Cheers.
