I've been having trouble getting Remote Push to work with DogNzb. I can "queue" items into Sabs and Sabs can read my RSS Feeds from Dog but it will not accept remote push and I think it may have something to do with SSL. Bear with me a bit though because I'm not real knowledgeable about SSL.
When I try to test using dognzb.cr/test with https: I get an "I/O exception "unrecognized SSL message, plaintext connection?" ErrorDetail.
Also, in DogNzb where I configure Sabs as the Remote Push handler I get an "error?" next to the port that says "SSL is disabled". I have Sabs on port 8585, that port is open and can be seen. I can "queue" items in dog from outside my network just fine but it will not push my "watchlist."
Let me know if you need more info to help.

Re: Won't accept remote push from Dognzb, SSL issue?
Have you enabled https?
It seems Dog is trying to establish a ssl connection, but Sab doesn't give it one.

Re: Won't accept remote push from Dognzb, SSL issue?
Thanks. I tried enabling https but then I get a "bad certificate" warning when trying to log on to sabs. Also, I noticed that apparently DOG only supports https for remote watchlist push. So, how do I get a valid certificate for Sabs? I'm certainly not buying one just for that. And they (Dog) don't accept Let's Encrypt.
I don't know, the whole thing seems strange to me.

Re: Won't accept remote push from Dognzb, SSL issue?
You can ignore the bad certificate warning in this case. You get a message because it's a self signed certificates, but since you know that you were the one to sign it, you can use it.
I imagine Dog to accept this, since this is Sab default behavior.
