I've been having a lot of issue with files getting stuck at 99% since moving over from NZBGet.
I ran some tests tonight to see if it was simply an issue with completion, but sending the same files through NZBGet configured with the same servers shows no problem. The files complete fine.
Then tried simply deleting and re-adding the files in SABNZB and it works fine. The problem is I can't reproduce the issue when it happens. I did already try stopping the download, forcing priority, restarting SAB. None of this made any difference. The only difference occurred when stopping the download - this pushed it to post processing but it eventually failed and went back into the download queue where it continued to hang at 99%. Once it was back in the queue, I lost the option to stop the download (was missing from the file dropdown menu).
I'm using version 1.2.0 [1be50eb]
Windows 10 (windows installer_
No IPV6
What kind of information can I provide when this issue occurs again? I see this has been a problem on and off for some time, but it's never been reproducible. Happy to help where I can as I see this often.
I don't really want to go back to NZBGet so would rather help get this fixed.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

We have been trying to fix this issue for a while, but we haven't been able to pinpoint it.
What did you change from the default settings?
For example:
'Check before downloads' turn on?
'Download all par2' ?
'QuickCheck'?
What could maybe help (but is pretty invasive) is starting SAB with the parameter to

This will add a lot of extra logging so might slow your SAB down..

Don't remember what I changed from default.
In post processing I have the following enabled;
In Queue, I don't have "Check before download" enabled. The only thing enabled here is "Abort jobs that cannot be completed".
I have not had another file stick since posting, but have added the extra logging. Next time I get a hang I will post here. Let me know what else you may need.

I've currently had a couple of dozen entries stuck at either 99 or 100% for some months and no about of twiddling or fiddling seems to dislodge them or even restart them. Pausing and unpausing does nothing.
Hitting the queue repair option shuts down sabnzbd but it never comes back up again, and starting the service comes up normally, no queue repair happens.
SABnzbd version: 1.2.0, Synology.
Switches:

Turn off check before download, or upgrade to 1.2.1Beta1. It should be part of the sabnzbd-testing package.
Whay should help to push them along is setting Priority to Stop.
