Download speed dropped

Hey there, quick question here... My download speed has always been at about 2-3MB/s with ease, however recently when downloading I am only hitting 300KB/s maximum and often less.

Any suggestions to things I may have accidentally changed? Cant figure out what it could be. Ive tried a different number of connections but that made little difference :(

Any help appreciated!

Did you maybe update sabnzbd?

No still on the same version I believe but I worked out now for some reason my SABNZBD Was using my block provider with 1 connection which was slowing it hugely but its all fixed now :D
