After the download I just .exe

Sorry for my English, I'm French.

I'm a new user, and when i choose in Binsearch what i will download and i create the nzd file i drag the file nzd into sabnzbd it just downloaded .exe while i am with Mac.

I only have the file Automated post analysis and not everything else of Binsearch.

Help me Please, I crack.....lol

These are not real posts, but created by spammers and crackers. Don't open it!
Binsearch is not good nowadays, because spammers abuse it.
You need an indexer, like NZBgeek. They scan all the files and also detect hidden ('obfuscated') posts that you could never find with Binsearch. You can try them a bit for free, but then indexers usually cost $10 per year for their service.
