im using Sab on an HP n40L Microserver. I have an 20 MB/s Connection, but i only receive 5-6 in sab. If i disable SSL it works with full speed. I cant understand why there is an problem, on other systems it works well with activated ssl ( an another newsreader) Ram or CPU are not at max load. cpu @60% an Ram 2gb from 8gb while downloading

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

What OS do you run and how did you install sabnzbd? Can you edit the python files?

I use windows server 2012 r2, i installed it with the install exe. what do you mean with editing the python files?
