Disk error on creating file

This happened just today for some reason. Nothing was changed. It was downloading just fine this morning and then it just started doing this. Here's what I see:

I tried restarting the Windows system to no avail. Here's the logs:

SAB automatically pauses when it detects these errors. My max folder length is set to the default 128 and the first error there is just 111 in character count.

What is your "temporary download folder"?
Are you mixing it with other folders and/or applications?

It's "D:\raw\Default". No this folder is for SAB alone. Although Sonarr and CouchPotato are using other folders inside "D:\raw". Does that tell you something?

It suggests that the underlying file system or operating system has issues.
For SABnzbd all drives are equal.
This isn't some externally mounted drive or share?

How can I confirm and test this? No it is not. This is a local drive.

EDIT1: I don't think it's a file system issue as the issue happens only when I download the iZombie series. I tried downloading another series episode and it worked without any issues. Any other thoughts?

EDIT2: I can confirm that the issue only happens for this release ALONE: iZombie.S01E12.1080p.BluRay.x264-SHORTBREHD-Obfuscated

I believe this is a bug introduced in 1.0.3 as I have not seen the bug before upgrading. After downgrading the errors go away.

I seem to experience this issue when an active download is interrupted by moving another file to the top of the queue. So it doenst always happen for me.

We're currently looking at a possible cause.
It's not easy to reproduce.
It's likely a specific combination of NZB, server, system etc.

I just got the same issue. Having it on a few series now. Just started happening two days ago. I am on 1.0.3

It seems all my downloads are failing like this.

Any ideas how to resolve this?

Please try 1.1.0RC4 or wait for a few days for 1.1.0Final to be released.

I have the latest version installed but now I'm getting this:

ERROR: write error ( in the file D:\raw\Movies\_UNPACK_Marley And Me 720p BluRay x264-REFiNED cp(tt0822832)/refined-marley-720p.mkv [R]etry, [A]bort)

I have at least 20GB of free space in my D: drive and it seems that only this release is experiencing this error. I've tried redownloading it multiple times already ending up with the same result.

Does the folder exits on disk.
Or rather: which part of the patch does exits when you het this error?

Yes, I checked just now and the folder does exists but it has no content in it (probably because it was already cleaned up by CP due to failed download handling). Any more ideas?

The error message seems to suggest that the error message is coming from the unrar tool.
But that doesn't help in solving it.
Can you go back to an older release and see whether the problem goes away?
