Cherrypy problem?

After a full reinstall of my Synology 1511+ NAS I have some trouble with Sabnzbd.
I get the following errors. I'm still not sure when they apear but I think when a tv-show is added from Sonarr. (But could also be Couchpotato).

I really don't understand the error. So I'm not sure how to start troubleshooting.

Any ideas?

SABnzbd version: 1.0.3

Sorry I didn't mention the version in the start post.

I checked the log files but can't find any clues when this happens.

It means that SABnzbd internally isn't always fast enough to complete some web actions.
It has little influence on actual operations, although it looks bad.
The next release should solve this.

Do you use SynoCommunity version? That one should be update pretty quickly after 1.1.0 comes out.
