Auto extracting multiple files

Post by stoobz »

Hey there,

I have a question about the extracting of files after downloading the contents of a multiple nzb.
For example if I downloaded a series with a couple of episodes in one nzb, extracting the files is aborted, allthough only one of the episodes can´t be repaired. the manual extraction of the other files works though.

now - can I set something in the config, so that SABnzbd will extract at least all the ok-files?

thanks for any help!!

We have auto-splitting of NZBs on our roadmap.
So far, we haven't implemented this.
That feature would solve this specific issue.

The only work-around so far is to:
- set SABnzbd to pause
- Use the operating system to open the temp download folder and remove all files belonging to the bad part
- Retry the job from SABnzbd's History
- Remove all files of the failing part
- Resume

Yes, that is too cumbersome.
But our time is limited. Someday Auto-Split will be implemented.
