filtering TV that isn't categorised properly?

Post by mrklaw »

Hi

recently switched to sabnzbd+ from newsleecher, loving it so far. But I have a question.

When I use newzbin to download an NZB directly, generally it has the TV category correctly set, and sabnzbd+ moves it to my /volumes/media/tv shows/xxxx folder, renamed by the TV show renamer. Fantastic.

Recently I discovered tvnzb.com, and the RSS feed service offered by a poster there. This creates an RSS feed based on shows that I check. this RSS feed is then given to sabnzbd+. These shows are being downloaded fine, but aren't being moved to the right location - they just stay in the default download folder. I don't know how I check, but I'm guessing this is because the NZBs don't have the categories set correctly. Strangely though, sabnzbd+ seems to still rename the files following the TV show rules, which should mean it knows they are TV shows (or is that just based on the naming of the files?)

Is there some way of getting sabnzbd+ to move these files? Can I set category rules based on file naming, like it seems to know when using the TV show renaming? Or is there something I can add to the RSS feed in sabnzbd+ to force all those feeds to the TV category? (the feed only has TV shows). I know you can add particular locations to the categories, but thats no good for eg a.b.multimedia, as that isn't just TV shows.

thanks for any help you can offer, and for such a great app :)

Make sure your RSS feed is set to the category 'TV'.
