Good day. I have read through all posts in this topic but cannot find an answer. I use a Macintosh so there is not a sabnzbd.ini file.
This morning I am being asked for a username and password which I never set. I do not have https turned on. I went into the confit file and saw a user and pass entry for sabnzbd but they are both set to ""
I tried placing my system name in the user entry and it didn't work
Thoughts on how to fix this so I do not have to reinstall?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

The sabnzbd.ini file is located here:
/Users/user/Library/Application Support/SABnzbd/sabnzbd.ini
Where "user" is your login name.
OS X hides the Library folder, so it might be a bit difficult to find.
