Downloading to Incomplete folder but not moving.

I am new to sabnzbd / Sonaar / NZBGeek so please be specific. I am downloading files into the Incomplete folder and in Sabnzbd it is set to status 'Complete', however it is never moved nor processed. The files sit in the Incomplete folder. When looking through the logs the only error i can find 'error=430'. When i look up this error it says that the download might be missing a file, but it happens with every download which makes me think it's a folder or config that is incorrect. Any point in the right direction would be helpful. Thanks.

The only other flags i found was in Sonarr, when trying to download a show I find this error :
No files found are eligible for import in H:\Downloading\incomplete\Vinyl-S01E10-Alibi.HDTV-720p.x264.AC3.-AVS-Obfuscated
What's weird is i thought it should be looking in the 'H:\Downloading\complete" directory. Is this an issue aswell? and if so, how do i change it?

Try to solve one problem at a time.
Add the NZB file manually to SABnzbd while Sonarr is off.
Download.
It is perfectly possible that the post has been removed from the Usenet server.
It happens all the time.
Try another NZB which is unlikely to have been removed. Look for something called Ubuntu.

The second problem is a mis-configuration of Sonarr.

I deleted SAB and Sonarr and restarted. Everything seemed to work better. Thanks
