bunch of feature request

Hey,

First of all, thnx for this nice piece of software already. To improve sab even more, i've got some requests:

1. Add a user system:
-Multiple users can login and use the download system.
-Admin users can remove downloads or reorder the queue, normal users can't.
-Super admin can alter/view the config page, normal users/admins can't.
-In the history, specify who downloaded the file.
-Add an option that 1 user can download as many files as he wants, but that he cannot have more then 1 consecutive download when there are also downloads from other users in the queue. This to ensure that 1 user does not have to wait 1 week before all the downloads of 1 other user are processed.
-Maybe add some kind of limitation possibilities such that an admin can limit the amount of data a user downloads per day/week/month.
-A user should be able to reorder its own queued downloads.
Currently I use the apache webserver as a front end and add .htaccess files as a means of authentication, but a more fine grained integrated authentication system would be nice.

2. On the home page, you can add a file and select its category. Would be nice if you could also add the name of the resulting directory in that category. Currently you can only achieve that by manually changing the name of the nzb or changing the name of the directory afterwards. If this 'name' field is left open, then the name of the nzb should be used.

3. Downloading works great, but it would also be cool if SABnzbd can be used to upload.
a. Select a folder which you want to upload.
b. Select the RAR size.
c. Select the amount of PAR (size/percentage) you want to generate.
d. Select the newsgroup(s) you want to upload to.
e. Add an option to upload PAR only (in case you want to add extra PAR at a later moment).
f. And of course, generate a NZB file (and select where you want to upload the NZB file to/download the NZB to your local system.
g. Add a separated upload history (don't mix with download history).



Minor but nice:
1. In the history page, show next to the time taken and avg speed also the amount of data downloaded.
2. At the history page, add per download the category it was downloaded to. Currently you can see the file name only. Suggestion: "category/filename".

1. We have no plans to create a multi-user system
    It would mean a complete rewrite. We have enough other features planned to keep us busy for years.
    The "market" for this feature is too small for the effort required.
