Do you experience problems during downloading?
Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.
Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
Not sure if the title describes the issue very well, but on the DOGnzb forum they recommended I report this problem to you here. I asked on their forum:
A couple of episodes of DareDevil failed for me this weekend and I have noticed my SABnzbd server is stuck trying to fetch failure URLs for each. Here's the log for one of them:
2016-03-21 08:49:40,088::INFO::[urlgrabber:99] Grabbing URL https://dognzb.cr/fail/6e85a134fab7dff769fec1c63a959cad/xxxxxx
2016-03-21 08:49:41,217::DEBUG::[urlgrabber:117] Error "http error 404: not found" trying to get the url https://dognzb.cr/fail/6e85a134fab7dff769fec1c63a959cad/xxxxx
2016-03-21 08:49:41,217::DEBUG::[urlgrabber:255] No usable response from indexer, retry after 60 sec
2016-03-21 08:49:41,217::INFO::[urlgrabber:177] Retry URL https://dognzb.cr/fail/6e85a134fab7dff769fec1c63a959cad/xxxxx
I cancelled both these and the failed jobs and then re-queued them through the site, but after they failed again the same thing happens.
Should these URLs be working? I checked my firewall, Sophos UTM and cannot see any blocks there.
These downloads just remain in the queue, retrying every 60secs for what seems forever and I have to kill them. Their response was:
According to the X-Failure-Header specification, a 404 response means that there is no replacement NZB--and in fact there is no alternative to the 1080p WEBRip for Daredevil at this moment. This is a known issue in Sabnzbd, the devs need to be made aware of this.

Will be checked.
The odd thing is: when there is no NZB, why do they send an X-Failure header?
I think what they mean is that when an NZB fails to complete, the fail request is made to DOGnzb requesting an alternate and that the 404 "fail" is them telling SABnzbd that there are none available at this time.
