Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
New User, Please help
I just started using this, and have only been able to download one item without any problems, any other time I get a "check your retention" error when it's completed and it always says that thousands of files are missing, how do I fix this? I'm using giganews and I have my server setup correctly if in fact something did download. Thanks so much.

The post have been taken down by DCMA-requests for copyright things (see Google). It's nowadays on Usenet not anymore about having the highest retention, but having a good indexer like OZnzb and NZBGeek that can help you get NZB's that are not removed already.
