sorry for my English. I'll try my best ;-)
If I try to switch the processing-type in the queue-list i get a problem: when I click an the triangle the menue for the processing-types (Processing download + repair ...) opens for a short time. This time is very often to short to move the mouse over the wanted point of the menue, to make it active and to choose it.
Is it a bug of Mozilla Firefox or a bug of SABNzbd? Is there a solution?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Which version of Sabnzbd do you use?

When you go to Options in the top bar, you can select 'Disable refresh on hover'
This will fix your problem!
