SABnzbd stops downloading...

I appear to be having same issue as a previous post (below), but the fixes listed have not solved my issue.

What may be different is that the files download to within 10k and then stop.
I had 12 files in queue when this issue poped up its head all eventually dowloaded to just (8-5k) short of completing download.
Internet connection speed great at 85MB/s tested on the win 8 pc which is my media centre and other pc in house and phone
But the suggested solutions dont fix the problem
I have :
1. Reconstruct Queue
2. re installed - rebooted pc
3. Reconstruct Queue
4. although i know hard drive pool is not full moved 500GB to external drives this giving pool 5T free - rebooted pc
4. Deleted items from queue and incomplete folder that i thought might be issue - rebooted pc
5. "Press WindowsKey-R
Type (including quotes):
"c:\program files (x86)\sabnzbd\sabnzbd.exe" --clean
6. added a file to queue that i know is only 3 days old
7 . it downloaded 1277 of 1284k and stopped
8. deleted file from queue and incomplete folder - both obviously empty again - rebooted pc
9. tried again same results
download speed starts at 3.1 (SABNZBD) and then just goes to 0 (with time increasing to in excess of 100 hrs) short of completing download.
Previously i have had to schedule downloading to 1 hr day otherwise i breach my cap of 400G in a couple of days.

Does anyone have any ideas what i should try next?

I sometimes have this problem when I have more than one news server defined and the download reaches the last kB's/MB's. My hypothesis: SAB has assigned those last bytes to a non-working newsserver.

Workaround: only have one, working newsserver active and restart SABnzbd

There is some -end-of-job bug that has eluded me so far.
One option is to set the "priority" of the hanging job to "Stop".
That way the job at least terminates.

i have always had 2 newservers - giga and a backup , for over 2 years now with no previous issues.
this just started last week an is doing to all jobs not just one?

Try 0.8.0 Beta2 when comes out.
Sander has been busy resolving IPv6 related problems and more.
