Yes: just add them to SABnzbd via "Add NZB" or the API or via the RSS feed.

Or, if you use the new skin Glitter in beta 0.8.0 (see announcements), you can just drag and drop any number of NZB's on the download window, and they will be added!

So you have to repeat the full add-sequence per file to add more than one file to the SAB queue.
