Cannot download NZB file

Hello, please help on this if possible. using SB and SABNZB integrated search / download.

SB snatches and sends to SAB but suddenly over the past 2 days i get this error ?

Hi Am getting this error on SAB when i searches after snatching from OZNZB...

keeps saying waiting 53 seconds... and the timer goes down and up but nothing happens...

can u help?

Copy the URL and paste it into a web browser that is not logged into oznzb.
See what happens.

hi shypike... this problem continues now on all NZB's? sickbed snatches them but SABNZB just keeps waiting and doesn't even get the NZB i think... which URL are u referring to ?

hello again i did that pasted into another browser and the NZB downloaded immideately so looks like SAB is having an issue?

It usually means that the URL do not contain the credentials for the indexer site.
Can you PM me an example URL?

Hello, I am using Sabnzbd with Sickbeard on an Asustor NAS too. Have the same problem.

Is there a solution yet?

The solution should be provided by Asustor, as the problem is very probably in the Asustor NAS OS & python setup. Have you tried them and/or their forum?

Workarounds:
0) Use a HTTP (not HTTPS) indexer
or
1) Downgrade the python version on your Asustor NAS to an older version: lower than python 2.7.9
or
2) Use SAB 0.8.0 Beta1, as it implements a workaround. You depend on the package maintainer of SAB on Asustor to provide it.
or
3) If all of the above fails, there is manual patch possible on sabnzbd 0.7.20 on your NAS. Only advisable / possible if you know things like ssh / nano / vi / wget.
