ERROR: SQL Commit Failed, see log

Hi all,

Ever since switching to a new usenet provider, I've been periodically getting "ERROR: SQL Commit Failed, see log" errors while downloading. This has never happened before, and now it happens regularly. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix, or if this is a serious concern?

Running the latest version of sabnzbd on OS X 10.6.8 on a mac mini, (also running along with SickBeard).

Not sure what the cause is.
It will only affect the History database.
