I have sabnzb and sickbeard running on a VM ubuntu server. I can snatch the file fine on SB and it passes it fine to sab which will download it fine but when it trys to run the sabtosickbeard.py it fails with the following:
Unable to move file /xxxx/xxxx/xxx/xx error 71 : Protocol error
how do I go about fixing this issue?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
