Hi all, wondering if someone can help. Just recently the sabnzbd icon in the taskbar has failed to open the interface. I know it's working because the indicator shows it is downloading and I can manually open it if I type http://localhost:8080/ in the browser. However I cant open it from the taskbar. The problem actually started when I downloaded the Emsisoft Anti-Malware and did a scan. My first impression was that it may have deleted or messed something up. I then uninstalled Emsisoft and re-installed sabnzbd but it hasn't resolved the issue. It's almost as if something is blocking the interface from opening if directed from the taskbar but not if I manually open it from the browser.
Any suggestions?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

I've solved the issue. I hadn't set my default internet browser. Once I did the problem went away.
