Connecting SABmobile with my [QNAP TS-419 P II]

Post by detsmie »

I'm using sabmobile ios app and i can't get the app connected when i'm logging in using the 3G network with my iPhone (6).
I'm struggling with my router and ports with no results.
I'm having installed SABNZB+ 0.6.5 (the latest for QPKG) on my QNAP TS-419 P II, NAS has the latest firmware.
When i'm logging in in my home network, everything works:
server IP:192.168.178.10
server port: 8800
no HTTP/SSL
use api-key.

When i'm logging in through 3G i can't get connection with SABNZB+
server IP: 84.27.37.xxx
server port: 8800
no HTTP/SSL
use apikey

In my Ubee router in Forwarding:
Local IP: 192.168.178.10
start port 8800
end port 8800
External IP: 84.27.37.xxx
start port 8800
end port 8800
Protocol Both
enabled

Can you help me getting connected using 3G?
thanks for support

Try to setup a routing for port 7.
Port 7 should respond to the "ping" command.
You may need to install an iOS app like "Network Ping Lite" to be able to ping.
