SAB pausing and will not unpause

I'm having issues where I get the following to errors:
Out of your servers retention or it's failing to create the file due to a disk write or full issue. (Sorry I don't have the exact message and disk is only probably less than 50% full)

When either of these happen, SAB pauses and I cannot get it to unpause.
Also if it pauses on one file it never continues to the next file or files in the queue

Unpausing does nothing
I have tried restarting SAB nzb and nothing changes.
If I re-snatch the nzb nothing happens
Sometimes I can delete the nzbs and re-import them but often they just immediately pause.

Rebooting usually fixes the pause problem and if I re-snatch the nzbs they download immediately with no issue.

These issues have started over the past month or so.

Win 8.1
Sickrage
SABnzb .7.20
Python 2.7.8
Astraweb

Any ideas would be appreciated it

You're using local disks?

Yes, It is a local disc for:
The location where the nzb is downloaded
The location where the temp files are downloaded
The location where the final files are saved

It's a remote disc where only my TV files are eventually moved.

Perhaps you could try the new 0.8.0alpha1 release?
