Re: Watched folder setting keeps getting cleared
Thanks — I'll see what happens next time the power goes out. (Hopefully that won't be too soon, though!)

Watched folder setting keeps getting cleared
My NZB watched folder is on the NFS-shared filesystem from my NAS: /mnt/media1/NZB. However, if there is a power outage and everything restarts at once, SABnzbd will be running before the folder has appeared, as the NAS is still checking filesystems. In that situation, SABnzbd clears the watched fol...

Re: Downloads disappear after finishing
I did look at that page earlier, and saw a load of things that were no longer in the queue (I'd had to restore from backup after a reinstall, and unfortunately the backup program had decided to ignore all the dot files, meaning I lost the .sabnzbd directory and had to rebuild the queue from scratch)...

Re: Downloads disappear after finishing
Timeout is 120 seconds, which I think is the default (at least, I don't remember changing it!) After pausing everything (very glad you can do that from multi-ops!) there doesn't seem to be anything running for the disappeared job. In the __ADMIN__ folder, last modification to SABnzbd_attrib and SABn...

Re: Downloads disappear after finishing
Nope, only one server — and it's responding OK as the next item on the queue is downloading.

Re: Downloads disappear after finishing
This still seems to be happening in 0.6.10 — I had a download finish over 12 hours ago and it's not showing in queue or history. The last log entry relating to it is 18 hours old. The files haven't been extracted; I've taken a copy and tried manual extraction and it looks like several parts are miss...

Re: 0.6.0b3: change in required email template name?
Looks like a queue repair would have been the simple way to get everything back. At least I'm prepared if it happens again.
Thanks, all...

Re: 0.6.0b3: change in required email template name?
Thanks! That's going to save some time. I did notice the queue repair page after I'd already re-added all the NZBs, so I left it alone — wasn't sure whether it was possible to repair after I'd already re-added everything. Still, useful if anything goes wrong again... Wish I'd noticed the multi-opera...

Re: 0.6.0b3: change in required email template name?
GAH! After running apt-get install --reinstall sabnzbdplus to get rid of my debugging code, it has NUKED. THE. WHOLE. QUEUE. Which was about 400 items long. I have the backups of the NZBs, of course, but simply dropping them into the watch folder adds them all in the Default category. Which is not u...

0.6.0b3: change in required email template name?
Since upgrading to 0.6.0b3 (hooray - my queue was retained! Well, except for all the low priority stuff which vanished ;D) sending emails didn't work. After reading through the code, I found that the SABnzbd+ was more fussy about names than in earlier versions: the previous 'standard.tmpl' that I wa...

Re: How to get back to 0.5.6 on Ubuntu?
Thanks. I manually installed 0.5.6 in a separate folder, and it's downloaded the offending NZB just fine (it was the latest Top Gear, so it was only broadcast on Sunday — definitely fits in a 700+ day retention period ;D) Other small NZBs that were only a few days old did the same thing. I've kept a...

How to get back to 0.5.6 on Ubuntu?
I'm giving up on 0.6 for now. Even with a new queue and a new .ini file, it still claims everything is out of my server's retention, despite that being set to 700 days and trying an NZB that's only a few days old. Trouble is: how do I get back to 0.5.6 on Ubuntu? Even after installing the PPA as per...

Re: 0.6.0b2: Delete popover displays in wrong location in Safari
Thanks — the browser window is pretty much full-height, so about 1000px for the actual viewport. I had the pagination set to display all the nzbs in the queue: I didn't do a full count, but there were about 400 nzbs in there. (At the speed of this connection, those should finish sometime in 2012 :))...

0.6.0b2: Delete popover displays in wrong location in Safari
0.6.0b2 looks great — until you try to delete an item from the queue when using Safari 5 on Mac OS 10.6. The window goes dark, but the actual delete confirmation popover displays a distance below the bottom of the page, requiring scrolling down in order to find it. Presumably it's supposed to appear...
