Hi there, I'm new to the Newsgroup scene and slowly figuring things out but I'm having some issues with my download speed. My plan with my ISP is up to 15 Mbps download speed and when I do test I get anywhere from 9-15 Mbps depending on the server city I test from. I currently have a Diamond account...
