Failed download visible in directory
Been using the program for some time now, currently using the RC3. Since RC3 (before i used stable 0.4.12) every download directory seems to contain a valid file(s), but it is not always the case. Even failed downloads have a 'valid' name Before RC3 if the download failed i got failed in front of it...
