15 minutes b/w 2 updates is too low for me :-\ .

Any way to reduce that time ? ;D

Im talking about this : http://img80.imageshack.us/img80/4824/rsscheckinginterval.jpg if its set to 15, what does it mean ? RSS is checked 15 times a minute OR once per 15 minutes ?
