Due to my attempts of downloading PARs only above, I now have 2 items in my History that won't finish and I can't remove, anyway to fix this without purging the entire History?

Hey guys, Is it possible to just download PARs??  I am trying this, but it just keeps redownloading as it thinks it is missing blocks from the full set etc (which makes sense obviously). Just grabbed something that had no PARs, of course it fails.  The PARs were posted separately... Not sure how to ...
