Thanks!  That did the trick.

I downloaded something that ended up failing and attempting to grab more blocks.  I decided it wasn't important to me so I cancelled the download and deleted the folder from the "incomplete" directory.  But now the item is stuck in my History.  There's no option to remove it individually, ...
