Ever since i made the upgrade to 5.5.5 / 5.5.6 i'm getting random slow connections where i'm pulling at a 3rd of what my connection is capable. i'm on astraweb i've re-installed, re-configured, wiped everything out completely. i'm flabergasted. I can't seem to figure out what is causing the slow dow...
