I agree the UI is complicated enough, since each change has to be saved before the next additional filter is added, or modified.  Like having to go back and add additional reject for lang I don't need, for the MANY feeds listed, one at a time.  Since I can not make multiple changes then do a global ...

It would be very helpful if there was the ability to add global Reject / Require field(s) that would be applied to all feeds prior to checking the other filters.  ie, I could filter out German listings since I do not speak it, why should I have to go and add it to each of my current feeds.  Instead ...
