I Just re installed my OS and re installed sabnzbd and currently sabnzbd is only downloading one item in my queue at a time. What setting am I missing?

On a Windows PC how do I start sabnzbd on a port other than 8080, I want to start it on port 80.

Yes I have tried manually posting the postid into SABNZBD and that doesn't work either. Actually I may have found the issue.  I am running an older version of sabnzbd and read a post that said since Newzbin switch strictly to v3.newzbin.com the old versions dont work anymore.  can you verify this......
