I tried a new nzb file and its working again! 

One happy user again

So the solution for me was to delete my (6) log files in Users\...\AppData\Local\sabnzbd\logs...who could think of it.

This one can be closed

Do you use a full pathname or a partial one in Config->Folders? Does the folder exist? I tried both. I tried the standard settings, made new folders, excisting ones.
