after updating the unrar.exe all went fine. Problem is solved. Thanks for all the help!

Ok well, i have tried what you said and i downloaded a movie which went well. I will try some more and post my results.

If i unpack manually i unpack it using Winrar 3.9. It is a Windows Server 2003 machine.
Where do i have to place that file? In the SabNZBd directory?

CRC Error
Dear SabNZBd, I've been using SabNZBd for a very long time. Since a couple of months i'm getting an error when i download certain NZB's.
